School Profile

Greenfield Middle School is home to approximately 500 sixth, seventh, and eighth graders. We believe that when young people feel “connected,” they are more likely to do well academically, and to become life-long learners and achievers. Numerous extra-curricular activities are offered as a vital part of the middle school experience. There are Middle School Monday activities, Hi-Y, student council, school newspaper, athletic teams, band, choir, Quiz Bowl, annual Washington D.C. trip for our eighth graders, as well as many other activities that meet the needs and interests of our students.

All Math and Language Arts classes are blocked for approximately 85 minutes of instruction. Our building has two computer labs, six Chromebook carts, and Promethean boards in every classroom. Teachers provide extra time/extra help for students both during the school day and after school.

We have high expectations for our students to be successful. Through working together with parents, we will develop our young learners into productive, responsible members of our community.
