The Ohio Department of Health and the Board of Education require that every child entering the school system has their immunizations up to date.



If your child has not fulfilled the requirements, exclusion for school may be enforced.


A child may receive the required immunizations from their pediatrician, the health department, or the caravan. Included below are the immunization requirements and the schedule for the caravan.


When your child receives new immunizations, send a copy to the school that they attend.
