AAA Holds Driver's Ed Classes at McClain
AAA will be hosting driver’s education courses at McClain High School this year. Students can register for the classes at the Hillsboro AAA office. Paperwork can be picked up in the high school office. Click "Read More" for additional information.

  1. Group activity pictures (clubs, choirs, office aides etc...) will be taken this morning.
     
  2. There will be a mandatory senior executive committee meeting today after school in the resource room.

  3. The ASVAB will be given on Tuesday, December 2 in the old gym.  Please report immediately after the morning announcements.

  4. There will be no school tomorrow through Friday due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

  5. No Shave November ends today.  Those who participated are to meet in the old gym during channel one this morning.

  6. The middle school student council is sponsoring a blood drive in the middle school gym on Wednesday, December 17 from 1:00 am – 7:00 pm.  The American Red Cross will be partnering with Subway. Subway will be offering coupons for a free 6” sub for anyone who goes through the process of giving blood and a free t-shirt will be given to each participant.  Please contact Ms. Lagorio if you have any questions or would like to sign up (ext:  32351 / middle school). 

  7. Attention Students and Faculty:  If you have any unused DVD’s, Mrs. Mustard’s homeroom class will be collecting them to send to our alumni that are overseas in the military.

  8. The National Honor Society will be sponsoring a food drive to benefit needy families in our area.  The food drive will run from December 1 – December 12.  The first period class that donates the most items will receive breakfast on Wednesday, December 17.  Thank you for helping needy families in our area.

  9. Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. will be hiring for temporary Salvation Army Bell Ringers.  Employment will run through December 24, 2014.  The position is responsible to ring the bell at their appointed kettle stand/location, smile and greet customers and collect monetary donations on behalf of the Salvation Army.  Must be able to work flexible hours, safety conscious, excellent customer service and be able to stand for long periods of time.  Applicants will be paid minimum wage of $7.95 an hour and must be 14 years of age and older.  Applications are available in the office.
