Preschool registration for the 2024-2025 school year opens today, April 2, 2024.

Please complete ALL of the following steps for your child to be considered for the preschool program. Completing this application does NOT guarantee placement in our preschool program, but gives us the information we need to approve your application. You will be notified by June 3rd of application approval in our preschool program. All forms MUST be completed and documents must be uploaded by May 15th to be considered for admittance into our preschool program.

  1. FinalForms: Please see the attached Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms by following the easy step-by-step directions.

  • Set up a Parent Account and Create a New Student Account in the 2024-2025 School Year (see blue square).

  • Please make sure all forms are complete and shown as “green”.

  1. Please upload all of the following documents to your student’s document folder in FinalForms.

  • Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Record

  • Proof of Residency 

  • Drivers License

  • Custody Paperwork (if applicable)

  • Proof of Income (paystub, tax documents, etc.) or Award Letter from Government Programs (i.e. Medicaid, SNAP, PFCC, OWF, etc.)  

  1. Open Enrollment Application must be completed IF residency is outside of Greenfield School District:

  1. Medical Statement - Must be completed within 30 days of student starting preschool:

  1. Attend Mandatory Preschool Registration Event:  

      Greenfield Elementary: Tuesday, April 23rd 4:00pm-6:00pm

Rainsboro Elementary: Wednesday, April 24th 4:00pm-5:30pm
