Birthdate on or after August 20, 2021
Child must not be Kindergarten-eligible (5 years old by 8/19/26)

We are excited to announce that Kindergarten Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open! We cannot wait to welcome our newest little Tigers. Your child must turn 5 years old on or before August 19, 2026 to be eligible for Kindergarten.
Please complete Steps 1–3 BEFORE attending the Registration/Testing Event:
Step 1: Complete FinalForms Registration: Visit https://greenfield-oh.finalforms.com/. Set up a parent account and create a new student account for the 2026-2027 school year (click the blue square). Ensure all forms are completed and marked as “green”.
Step 2: Open Enrollment (Only if Applicable)
If your child resides outside of the Greenfield School District, you must complete the INTER-DISTRICT Open Enrollment Application which can be found on the district website: https://www.greenfield.k12.oh.us/page/enrollment.
If you wish for your child to attend a different elementary school within the Greenfield School District, please complete the INTRA-DISTRICT Open Enrollment Application, which can be found on the district website: https://www.greenfield.k12.oh.us/page/enrollment.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents to FinalForms:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement)
Driver’s License
Custody paperwork (if applicable)
Step 4: Attend the MANDATORY Kindergarten Registration/Testing Event

Good afternoon. Our buses will not be running routes on the following roads:
Wisecup, Edgington, Turkey Ridge, Waugh, Mt. Olive, Pricers Ridge, Benner Hill, Cliff Run, Chambliss, Free Lane, Moxley
Elementary, middle school, and high school students who reside on these roads can be picked up at BUCKSKIN ELEMENTARY beginning at 3:00.
Our buses will not be running routes on the following roads:
Briar Hill, Ferno, Barrett Mill, Browning, Snake, Hardins Creek, Jury, Wilson, Dunn, Beaver, Winegar
Elementary, middle school, and high school students who reside on these roads can be picked up at RAINSBORO ELEMENTARY beginning at 3:15.
Our buses will not be running routes on the following roads:
Beatty/Watt, Todhunter
Elementary, middle school, and high school students who reside on these roads can be picked up at their school beginning immediately with no penalty for leaving early.
If you are unable to pick your child up, please contact the office of the school where your child attends. If after 4:00, please call 937-981-2152. We will try to help in any way that we can when it comes to arranging transportation. We appreciate your cooperation!
***PLEASE understand that our drivers will be working hard to get children home safely on the roads that can be traveled! There will be delays. Thank you for helping us to handle this challenging situation.
At this time, it would not be safe to put buses or student drivers out on the roads so we will be maintaining a regular schedule. The only change that we are making at this point is the cancellation of afternoon preschool. In addition, we will not be transporting morning preschoolers home at the regular time. We would prefer that morning preschool parents pick their children up, but if that is not possible, they will not be transported home until the end of the elementary school day. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your cooperation!
Today, we have a special shoutout for the members of our maintenance, custodial, and transportation teams who are working to make sure that when students and staff return, everything is ready to go. We appreciate their hard work!
Due to road conditions and the forecasted extreme cold temperatures, the Greenfield Exempted Village School District will be closed Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Rescheduling of extracurricular events will occur as soon as possible. Coordination has to happen sometimes across multiple districts and takes time. We appreciate your patience.

*Please note that a call and text have been scheduled. The system is working slowly most likely because of the number of people using it.
Our district will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16. Any information regarding extracurricular events and practices will be communicated at a later time.
On snow days, athletic practices are not mandatory. However, when conditions allow, practices may still be offered for students who choose to attend. For many students, these activities provide a positive outlet, structure, and a sense of normalcy, and can be especially beneficial to their overall well-being. Participation is completely optional, and families should make the decision that is best for their circumstances and safety.
Because conditions can drastically change from morning to evening, events will sometimes be held on snow days throughout districts in our region. With the number of activities in which students are involved, rescheduling can be difficult. As always, safety is considered first when making those decisions.
Finally, we LOVE that people share our information on social media. We ask that you be careful to confirm the accuracy of the information you see on personal social media accounts just to ensure that it is correct. We don’t want any of our followers to receive false information.
